Alicia Alonzo-Donaldson was born in Trinidad and Tobago and came to the United States at the age of 10. She hold a bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Miami and EPI teacher certification from Miami-Dade Community College. She is certified in K-6, middle school math, is ESOL endorsed, and has earned AMS Montessori certification for ages 6-9. She has been a parent in the school since 1999 and a teacher since 2011. It was her childrens’ experiences at CRMA that inspired her to become a Montessori teacher. She has three children that have graduated from CRMA, two in high school, and one who is in college and works as an assistant at CRMA and another who is currently a student at CRMA. In her spare time she enjoys helping others and arts and crafts, with crochet as her favorite.​ She is also one of the leaders of the CRMA Peace Committee.
